Lucas Saugen is a Photographer based in San Francisco and working everywhere.
I am a creative commercial advertising product and product lifestyle photographer specializing in tech, med tech, electronics and apparel. I thrive when confronted with tough to solve problems--from lighting to propping and set up. I've been known to build a rig or two to get a precise angle. I work collaboratively with clients, agencies, stylists and art directors to elevate product and show it in natural context. I live in San Francisco with my family and our rescued Dogue de Bordeaux, Agent Butterscotch. I really enjoy rehabilitating our house and have recently learned to tile.
I also documented the installation and creation of a 25,000 LED light sculpture on the San Francisco Bay Bridge called The Bay Lights.
